Michael Olson Educator, chef, writer, vintage deli slicer collector, BBQ enthusiast and inventor, Michael Olson starts everyday in Niagara before going to teach at the Canadian Food & Wine Institute by saying “what a country!” With his wife and partner Anna Olson, pastry chef and host of Food Network Canada’s “Bake”, the pair are on a constant journey of culinary discovery, whether on the road through South East Asia or at home in the Welland Farmer’s Market. He is credited as a pioneer in the Canadian farm to table movement and proponent of supporting local agriculture.
