Pamela Gross’ mother’s family ties are from Cambridge Bay, Nunavut and her father’s ties are from Germany. Having been raised in Cambridge Bay and Hay River, Northwest Territories, Pam is happy to have returned home to work at her dream job. As the current Executive Director of the Kitikmeot Heritage Society, Pam works on preserving, protecting and promoting the Inuinnait culture at the communities local museum, library and archives. Pam will be joining Leg 10 as Canada C3 goes past her family’s rich and historic homeland of Bay Chimo and Bathurst Inlet recalling the history of her people, the Inuinnait.
