Paul Sawka is a 30-year old man with Down Syndrome. He is from Calgary and has worked as the Awareness Leader for the Canadian Down Syndrome Society for five years. He works in the office and also publishes a blog on the CDSS website (cdss.ca). He has lived with a supportive roommate for the past four years and enjoys his independence. Paul likes to swim and downhill ski, and he is involved in Special Olympics where he curls and plays softball. He also enjoys live theatre. Paul is very excited to be able to participate in the Canada C3 Expedition.
