Tony Dekker is a songwriter and lead vocalist for the Canadian indie-folk group Great Lake Swimmers. He has a BA in English language and literature from the University of Western Ontario and has a deep interest in the storytelling tradition through music and song. Over the course of 14 years and seven recorded albums, he has explored themes of environmental stewardship, spirituality in the natural world, internal and external landscapes and the emotional ties that connect us all. Tony is currently based in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario.
